He has also served as Veterinary Officer, Animal Resources Development Department, Govt. of West Bengal; Professor and Head, Department of Animal Science, Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya (BCKV), West Bengal; and Dean, Faculty of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, WBUAFS, Kolkata.
