VIDWAN SINGH SONI, Ph.D., has been the Principal of Government Mohindra College Patiala and Fellow of Punjabi University Patiala. He has more than three decades of teaching experience in different colleges and has done noteworthy research in Physics, particularly that related to the Special Theory of Relativity. Dr. Soni has also authored two books on Physics—Introductory Physics and A Course in Mechanics. He has also been an award-winning popular science writer.
