BISWAJEET PATTANAYAK, Ph.D. & D.Litt., is a distinguished expert in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. He has been Professor at IIM Indore, IIM Lucknow, and IIM Mumbai, and is currently serving as the Distinguished Professor of HR and OB and President of ASBM University, Bhubaneswar. Dr. Pattanayak has also served as Director of the Indian Institute of Bank Management, Guwahati, under the Reserve Bank of India. He is the author of 26 books and has published 106 research papers in peer-reviewed journals. His work is frequently featured in prestigious international professional journals. He has received numerous accolades, including the prestigious, ‘Teaching Excellence Award’, from the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), USA, ranking him among the Top Ten Management Educators globally.
