Kamal Ghosh Ray (PhD, ACMA) is a Professor of Finance at Ahmedabad University, India. He is a Senior Fellow of the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances, Vienna, Austria. Earlier, he worked as CEO of a Non-Banking Finance Company and Business Segment Controller, Asea Brown Boveri (ABB). Dr. Ray was a Visiting Professor at Groupe ESC Dijon Bourgogne (Burgundy School of Business), Dijon, France. He has presented papers on M&A at various conferences at MIT (USA), Syracuse University (USA), Ton Duc Thang University (Vietnam) and a number of forums in India and abroad. Besides, he has published several research articles in journals of international repute.
