Madhumangal Pal, PhD, is Professor of Applied Mathematics, Vidyasagar University, Midnapore, West Bengal. He has over 20 years of experience in teaching and research. Dr. Pal is the Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Physical Sciences and Annals of Pure and Applied Mathematics and also a member of the editorial boards of several national and international journals. He is the recipient of Computer Division Medal in 1996 from the Institution of Engineers (India) for best research, along with other rewards. He has authored Engineering Mathematics, Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, published by PHI Learning.
ANITA PAL (PhD) is Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics, National Institute of Technology Durgapur, West Bengal. With over 8 years of experience in teaching and research, she is also a reviewer of several journals on mathematics and computing.
