NILANJAN SENGUPTA (Ph.D.), Associate Professor, Institute of Finance and International Management, Bangalore, has taught for more than a decade in reputed institutes such as the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), Kolkata, Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore, National Institute of Bank Management, Pune, and the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad. His research interests include organizational behaviour, sciences and development, cross-cultural management, and human resource management (HRM).
MOUSUMI S. BHATTACHARYA (Ph.D.), Assistant Professor, Institute of Finance and International Management, Bangalore, has studied and worked in the UK, and in Indian institutes like the IISWBM, Kolkata, Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur, and Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore. Some of her research areas are emotional intelligence, performance management, business communication, and international HRM.
R.N. SENGUPTA, former Chief General Manager, State Bank of India, is a well-known management consultant with wide national and international exposure. He has been a senior faculty member of Staff College, State Bank of India, Hyderabad.
