N. GHOSH, Ph.D., is a visiting faculty at Jankidevi Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai. He has over 30 years of experience of teaching in premier institutes such as Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, and Manipal Academy as a visiting faculty. A management accountant by profession, Dr. Ghosh has served with distinction in reputed organizations such as Jessop and Co., Union Carbide, Godfrey Phillips India, Britannia Industries, and Phillip Morris. Besides the present text, he has also authored the book Cost Accounting: A Study Note for Costing Students, published by the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
