Dr. RADHA MOHAN is a distinguished educator with a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Madras, with over three decades of experience, she has been Professor of Education and Head of the School of Ethics, Governance, Culture and Social Systems in Chinmaya Vishva Vidhyapeeth, Kerala. Also, she has served as Principal at Rajalakshmi College of Education, Chennai and Reader at Stella Matutina College of Education, Chennai. Her work spans guiding 13 Ph.D. and numerous M.Ed. and M.Phil. theses, developing innovative educational methodologies, and serving as a UGC fellow and NAAC peer team member.

Dr. Radha Mohan has authored impactful books on teaching, including Innovative Science Teaching, Measurement, Evaluation and Assessment in Education, and Using SPSS in Research. Her research focuses on teacher education, knowledge management, and integrating technology into curricula, evidenced by numerous publications in reputed journals. She has conducted faculty development programs and contributed to curriculum design, including courses in technical writing for M.Ed. courses.


SUNANDA GHOSH, PhD (Education), is former Principal, and Professor of Education, Stella Matutina College of Education, Chennai. With more than four decades of teaching experience, Dr. Ghosh has acquired a deep insight into the subject, and is working as a guest faculty for MAC College of Nursing. She has published several articles on Education in national journals, and has been awarded gold medals for her creative writings. Apart from that, Dr. Ghosh has authored various books on Education and Counselling.
