Andrew Couch has been working with Microsoft Access since 1992 as a developer, trainer, and consultant. Beth Melton, Office MVP since 2000 and Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor, has been teaching others how to use Office applications more efficiently and developing custom Office solutions for almost 20 years. She co-authored Microsoft Word 2007 Inside Out (Microsoft Press) and is is a regular contributor to several websites, including Microsoft Office Online.
Mark Dodge has coauthored several popular books on Excel, including Microsoft Excel 2010 Inside Out. He is a former senior technical writer for the Microsoft Office User Assistance Group.
Echo Swinford began her PowerPoint career in 1997, and has been a Microsoft PowerPoint MVP since 2000. She holds a Master’s degree in New Media from the Indiana University- Purdue University at the Indianapolis School of Informatics. Echo is the owner of Echosvoice, a PowerPoint consulting firm specializing in custom template development, presentation creation, makeovers and cleanup, and PowerPoint training for large and small corporate clients. Eric Legault has spent most of the past 17 years working independently and with various Microsoft Certified Partners and ISVs as a developer and consultant for solutions based on the Microsoft Messaging & Collaboration platform (Microsoft Outlook, Exchange, Office, and SharePoint). Ben M. Schorr is a technologist and Chief Executive Officer for Roland Schorr & Tower, a professional consulting firm headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii with offices in Los Angeles and Arizona.
