AJAY KUMAR SINGH, PhD, is Senior Lecturer, Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET), Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia. A member of IEEE society and a life member of IETE, India, he has published/presented several research papers in international and national journals/conferences.
Dr. Singh’s research areas are modelling of MOS devices, low power VLSI design and MOSFETs.
