S. SREEKUMAR, Ph.D., has been the Principal of C.K.G.M. Government College, Perambra, Kozhikode. He has also been the Head of Zoology Department at the University College, Trivandrum. He obtained his M.Phil. in Zoology in 1976 and Ph.D. on ‘Insect Neuroendocrinology’ in 1992 from the University of Kerala. He has also obtained Diploma in Environmental Law (D.E.L.).
Dr. Sreekumar has over thirty years of teaching and research experience. He has supervised a number of M.Phil. and Ph.D. dissertations. He has to his credit several research papers published in national and international journals of repute. He has also contributed several articles to the Encyclopaedia on Evolution, published by the Institute of Encyclopaedia, Government of Kerala.
