Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology selects more girls to work on atomic projects

Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRACT), a national facility of department of Atomic Energy engaged in R&D in non-nuclear frontline research areas of Lasers, Particle Accelerators & related technologies, has picked up more girl students than boys for project work at the centre during winter session. 

As many as 37 girls and 32 boys that make a total of 69 have been selected for different project works at the RRCAT. Each of these students has to carry out the project individually under the guidance of a scientist/ engineer of RRCAT for six months. 

The RRCAT can enhance the training period till one year, if it feels the need for the same.
