BIJAY KRISHNA , BHATTACHARYA, is a Professor at Indus Business Academy (IBA), Bangalore (AICTE-recognised, NBA reaccredited, AIU approved). He holds a Ph.D. in Retail Banking from Vidyasagar University, an M.Phil. in Management, an MBA (Finance) from IISWBM, University of Calcutta, an M.Com., and the CAIIB qualification. With over 17 years of teaching and nearly 29 years of industry experience, he blends academic rigour with practical expertise. He served as Chief Manager and Branch Head at Oriental Bank of Commerce (now Punjab National Bank), handling foreign exchange and credit operations and training officers at the Bank's Apex Staff Training College in NOIDA. A Ph.D. examiner at reputed NIRF-ranked institutions, he has presented at international conferences and authored 37 research articles.
LAKSHMI KANTA SINHA RAY , is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Business Management, Jadavpur. He holds an MBA (Finance) from IISWBM, an M.Phil. in Management, an M.Sc., and a CAIIB. A former General Manager at West Bengal Financial Corporation, he contributed to project appraisal, financial management, and recovery of stressed assets. He also served UCO Bank and Titagarh Paper Mill. He has over 30 years of teaching experience and has published 25 scholarly articles.
MRIDUL KUMAR GHOSH ,is an experienced financial analyst and independent consultant based in Kolkata. Holding an MBA (Finance) from IISWBM, and an M.Sc., he has worked with Central Warehousing Corporation, West Bengal Financial Corporation, and reputed CA firms. He has published 22 research papers and actively participates in academic forums.
