PRAMOD KUMAR, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Physics at S. S. Jain Subodh P.G. College, Rambagh Circle, Jaipur (Rajasthan). He earned M.Sc. in Physics from St. John's College, Agra, M.Tech. from MNIT Jaipur; and a PhD in Physics from Jagan Nath University, Jaipur. He also received a JRF (2007–09) at CPRI, Bangalore, and an SRF (2009–10) at MIED, IIT Roorkee. His research focuses on Astrophysics, with a special interest in Solar and Space Physics, using experiments, satellite observations, and computer-based methods, including simulation, modelling, data analysis, and LaTeX. With over eighteen years of teaching and research experience, he specialises in measurements, experiments, simulations, and modelling, particularly Monte Carlo simulations. He has authored several research articles and presented them at various conferences and workshops.
