PRANATI RAKSHIT, Ph.D. (Jadavpur University), is Professor and Head, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, JIS College of Engineering, Kalyani, West Bengal. With over 25 years of rich teaching experience, she has consistently contributed to academic excellence and research innovation.
Her academic and research pursuits span across Pattern Recognition, Machine Learning, Medical Image Analysis, Deep Learning, Sentiment Analysis, and related areas within Artificial Intelligence. Throughout her career, Dr. Rakshit has published over 70 research papers in reputed international journals and conferences, including publications indexed in SCI and Scopus.
Her contributions to innovation are reflected in her impressive portfolio of 43 patents (6 granted patents, 37 published patents), 2 copyrights, and 1 registered design IPR.
