M.A. JAYARAM is a distinguished academician with strong expertise in both Civil Engineering and Computer Applications. He holds an M.Tech in Structures from NIT Karnataka (Surathkal), a PGDCA and an MCA from IGNOU, New Delhi, and an interdisciplinary Ph.D. in AI applications from VTU, Karnataka. He is the author of 17 textbooks published by leading publishers and has over 150+ research publications in international journals and conferences, and serves as a reviewer and editorial board member for several reputable international journals. A former Head of the Department of Civil Engineering and Director of the MCA programme at Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Karnataka, Prof. Jayaram is currently a Senior Professor at RASTA–Center for Road Technology, Bengaluru, and is actively involved in training core engineering professionals in AI-related topics.
