DIPAK KUMAR BHATTACHARYYA, (PhD, Management; M.A. (Econ); PGDBM) is former Professor of Human Resource Management at Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar (XIMB), Odisha. Also, he has been Dean of Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), Kolkata; Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata; Director, Centre for Management Education, All India Management Association, New Delhi, Camellia B-School, Kolkata and Shantiniketan. He has also been a Visiting Professor of XLRI Jamshedpur and Delhi–NCR, IMT Ghaziabad, IIM Ranchi, IIM Rohtak, IIM Kozhikode, DMI–Patna, Firebird–Coimbatore, SRM–AP, and IIFT Kolkata.
Professor Bhattacharyya has more than three decades of experience in teaching human resource management at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Besides, he is actively involved in research, training and consultancy. He has authored several books on HRM, HRD, and OD and other management subjects, and contributed more than 100 articles in journals of international repute.
