PRANAB KUMAR DAS GUPTA (M.Sc. and M.Tech. in Computer Science) is a Senior Scientist in Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO).
Presently he is Joint Director at Proof and Experimental Establishment, Chandipur.
He is a visiting faculty member in various engineering colleges and institutes.
He specializes in web-based applications and relational database management system and its applications. His expertise in development, execution, implementation and steering of dynamic web-related projects has immensely helped not only his organization, but also the students and professionals who have worked under his guidance. He is also the author of Oracle Developer 2000: Basics to Implementation, and Developing Applications Using ASP.NET and Oracle, both published by PHI Learning, New Delhi.
